Why can’t she find her towel after all this time? Someone should really help her out.

I first met Katharina at the train station in Speyer. She was waiting with Sandra’s brother, and his girlfriend, for Sandra and me to arrive.

It seems that every time I’ve seen her since then there’s been alcohol involved. Coincidence?

Stuart and I met on IRC. Back then, I used the username ‘l8nite’ (surprise surprise), and I believe he was probably one of the more annoying IRC denizens I’ve encountered. He used a nickname like ‘Skrample’, was really talkative and thought he was pretty much the center of the universe ;)

Nowadays he’s cooler.

I met him for real at the airport in San Francisco. It was a strange feeling waiting for someone you’ve never really seen before (only briefly in some random picture or two online). The funny thing is, we picked each other out right away.

After the drive to my apartment, we had lots of friends and food. Stu promptly slept his day away on my couch while we played video games.

And that’s how I met Stuart Gilbert.

Shaun picked me up from SFO when I flew into San Francisco on my first trip to America.

It was awesome. I went back to his apartment, met his (now-)wife and some of his friends, then promptly fell asleep on his sofa.

I’ve known Shaun in one way or another for over 6 years now. Doesn’t seem like that long.

Sandra came over to stay for a couple of weeks and it was completely awesome. We’ve had our problems, but we’re pretty much over them now.

We get on well, and will do for a long time. :)

He rode his bike into a bus on his 16th birthday on his way to an exam at school.

Some weird sort of celebration, or a good way of putting off the exam? We’ll never know.

I would love to see a re-enactment!

once i speared stuart into a bus stop and he flipped out and started punching me. then he slept with the girl his best mate fancied, then a german girl, then his mates ex.

it was all a good laugh though.

now he has a cat.

thats actually several stories.

Bexx likes to make suggestions about things and then not do them.

She’ll probably never meet me for lunch when I’m at Chesterfield Road.
